I needed almost the entire first floor of my new home, stairs, and majority of second floor carpeted, and all within 7-10 days before I moved in. The old carpet was worn, etc. Fantastic! Martha came to the house immediately with a van load of samples. We chose the carpet, she called and checked it was available. We had the carpet and padding replaced in our TV room. Martha came to our home twice with carpet samples. She also had the company send samples of carpet colors. Estimates and responses to any questions or concerns we had were sent (estimates) and answered (questions or concerns) very quickly. The 2nd carpet we chose was on backorder, so Martha gave us the option to stick with the carpet we ordered or go with another (more expensive) carpet that we were first interested in but at the same price as the less expensive carpet!!... read more

Sales Rep. brought samples to our home for us to consider colors and choices. One week later Carpeting was removed in two downstairs rooms, on the stairs, and in the upstairs hallway and linen closets. Hardwood floors were installed in the two downstairs rooms and carpeting was replaced on stairs, hallway and closets. Sales rep. Martha brought many samples of hardwoods and carpeting so we could get a sense of how colors and textures worked in our own home with our colors and lighting. They put in a tile floor in our kitchen. We are very pleased with the tile we chose. They were very friendly, and easy to work with. Martha was the sales representative that came out. She was very nice, and took time to thoroughly explain everything to us. Overall they gave us great service, and did an excellent job.

We had carpeting installed over old hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms and a master walk-in closet. Martha Gerringer was very helpful. She made 2 trips to bring us samples and had several shipped to our house. Henry and his assistant did a very professional job of installation.

We had new carpeting installed. The installers moved our large furniture (we moved out the small furniture and nick-nacks), pulled up the old pad and carpet, installed the new carpet, vacuumed, and moved the large furniture back. It took them approximately 5 hours to do 4 bedrooms. I used one of Angie's List deals to purchase and have carpeting installed. From the very first phone call, Martha was warm and professional. Removed carpet and vinyl from entire house 1800sqft. Replaced with tile in the 2 bathrooms and cork everywhere else. Everyone who worked with Carolina In Home arrived when they said they would, did the work in the time they said they would and were very courteous, friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The floors are beautiful.

We took advantage of an Angie's List deal and got almost $900.00 worth of kitchen flooring for under $500.00. The representative was prompt and helpful and the installers were also. They did a great job and we received a nice new floor at a great price! The representative had exactly what we wanted and we arranged for installation right away. Everything went off perfectly.

Renovation of first floor. Replaced all carpet, linoleum, engineered hardwood with solid pre-finished hardwood.We met Mike at one of the Raleigh home shows in February and were impressed with his easy manner and knowledge.His home visit to show us samples and measure up the job was great. Job took about 3 hours longer than anticipated (another morning additional) due to tear out of engineered floor much harder than anticipated.Oscar was a great installer and had good people on his crew to help.
