Had red oak hardwood floors installed in our kitchen with a mahogany inlay. We were very impressed with the sales person Martha as well as Oscar and the team of installers. We had pretty specific ideas on what we wanted, and had found an inlay we liked on line. Martha hunted this specific pattern down and found the company out of WI that specializes in such inlays. Pulled out an old carpet and Installed a new one in second bedroom and took away an area rug that we had in the garage. Martha was friendly, professional, punctual, and provided carpet samples and an estimate. The next week the carpet was installed in the bedroom, and the installers did an excellent job. The only thing I would have liked is if had they had called before they came as they had said they would do. However, we would still highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

They installed carpet to the entire second floor of my home and then installed wood laminate downstairs in my family room. Martha came out to my house with the carpet and laminate samples. We were really able to match the wood laminate flooring to my existing laminate. Martha was very professional and great to work with. The guys came to do the laminate on Friday, and were finished in about 5 hours. The carpet guy showed up very late on Friday, but he and his crew worked over 12 hours on Saturday to finish the job. I needed to sell my house, and in this market and this economy, I knew it would be difficult. My realtor suggested hardwood floors, and I followed through with this company by ordering hardwood floors on my first floor dining room, living room, foyer, and bathroom and closets. I purchased a home with poor hardwood floors on the first floor (approximately 800 sf). They tore of the existing floors and replaced with new 5" Anderson Oak flooring. Mike was great through the whole process, even with follow-up after installation. Oscar and his crew were very friendly, efficient and left the place as clean as possible once they were done. They replaced the flooring in a small bathroom. They also switched the rug in a master bedroom and hallway. They did a great job. Their pricing was good, and they gave me the senior citizen discount. They were there on time, and if there was a problem, they were right there.

First floor carpet replacement Carolina In Home Services replaced my first floor carpeting in my rental townhouse. They performed the service quickly and did an excellent job. Overall I give them an A+ and I'll be sure to contact them again for future flooring needs.

I had three companies give estimates and they were the cheapest, plus they included some services that other companies were going to charge extra for - -Toilet Re seating- Furniture moving They made a mistake on the estimate of the amount of tile needed but they ordered more, and did not charge me any more price.. The issue was that we could not use our bathroom downstairs while we awaited for the tile. Mike Nelson did an excellent job of getting our carpet installed in the limited time we had prior to our move to our new home. The carpet looks great and was exactly what we wanted. Quick easy - excellent.
