We met with Tony to select carpeting for the upstairs and stairway, as well as laminate flooring for our kitchen. Since these materials were needed as part of a major house remodel, he then coordinated with our contractor about pricing, dimensions, and scheduling the installation. That coordination appears to have gone smoothly, even though we added a carpet runner that our contractor was not expecting. They were great, and the work turned out well. They had a much bigger selection than other places that I had been to. They listened to me and understood what I wanted. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Tony was helpful and friendly in the store and always courteous and professional over the phone. The installers arrived on time and were also professional and courteous. I was a demanding customer, and Tony and his partner were patient with me. I felt my hallway had a noticeable seam at the top of the stairs. Tony sent installers to my house to work on the seam. We chose Carpet & Floor Express because of their high ratings on Angie's List and were not disappointed. Tony spent a lot of time with us in the store and was very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of each carpet type. He then brought samples to our house so that we could see the colors in the right light; he suggested never choosing colors directly in the store, and he was right. My salesman, Tony, was very helpful. He brought samples to my home so that I could see the colors with my rooms. He was very, very professional. I decided to replace 3/4 of the new carpet 2 months later and that was accomplished in the same professional manner. If you go see them, be sure and tell them you heard about them on Angie's List!

They were great about providing samples, scheduling the estimate, and installation, which was complicated by a our very large and heavy entertainment unit. They did a superb job at a fair price and we are very happy with the result.

Excellent experience. I was in a real hurry to prepare a room for rent in a very short time between when the room was vacated until the new person was moving in. I called Tony on Monday evening and told him I would try and get to the store before they closed, but because I was coming in from Virginia, I didn't know if I would be there by 7:30.
