Did not purchase!!! This is a review of stopping in and personnel. We are looking for new carpet to go with our new living room set. Not many options on a Sunday so we stopped at Carpetland USA in Germantown. Conrad greeted us, asked what we were in for and got us to where we needed to be for a high traffic area and 3 dogs, and gave us a nice explanation of what to look for. I recently bought tile for my shower and Jerry Bruns from the Kenosha store assisted me. Jerry provided excellent customer service and he kept me informed as to the status of my order. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase flooring.
