If you have any plans to do any remodeling in your home, I highly recommend Julie Bohmann at Carpetland Flooring Center in Mount Pleasant, WI. She has exceeded every expectation I had when I walked into Carpetland for my bathroom remodel. Julie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in picking out a final selection out of a plethora of choices!! Customer service excellence is provided by people who truly enjoy their jobs and value their customers. Julie represents all that is excellence in customer service.
Following flooding in the lower level of our home, I stopped in at the Pewaukee store in early December fully expecting my carpet selection process to be a lengthy one. KRIS was quick to help despite the fact that I was a bit stressed about having to do this at all, especially at Christmas time, and that we had only a small budget to work with. Garry and his colleagues did an excellent job with helping me to figure out my flooring needs. The team and Garry were extremely professional and went the extra mile making sure the flooring and installation were perfect. I really appreciated the work and effort that they put in. It came out great and looks awesome!!
We needed new carpet before we sold our home and wanted something nice, but that also didn't exceed our budget. Garry (Burlington store) sat down with us and helped us find exactly what we needed, and kept us within our budget. He even managed to set up the install in the small window that we had between moving and listing our house. The installers did a great job, and were in and out in no time. Carpetland will definitely be our first stop for any flooring in the future.
We had a wonderful experience with Carpetland in Burlington, WI., and specifically with Adam. He walked us thru the entire process and was very patient with our selection process. We had 4 bedrooms carpeted along with an upstairs hallway and stairs. We were able to do this in two phases so that we could move the furniture from two bedrooms to the other two while they were getting finished. We are very happy with the finished project and would definitely use them again for any flooring needs.

Excellent care from selection assistance to install! Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable when discerning flooring options and selecting the product.
