Great experience beginning to end with Bruce and then the installers as well.
We had an excellent experience with Jake from start to finish. He was very helpful to us when choosing a carpet color and quality level.
Excellent care from selection assistance to install! Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable when discerning flooring options and selecting the product. He also does a great job selecting the install crew for the product chosen. Our install crew was phenomenal! From being neat and tidy, to getting our input when needed, to final details of the install that make the flooring look fabulous! I was totally surprised how smooth the process went. I had so many anxieties about doing the carpet installation but very happy I did. They worked with me and my schedule. After obtaining four estimates, we chose Gail Russo and Carpetland of Burlington, Wisconsin to install laminate flooring in our one-bedroom condo in Lake Geneve, Wisconsin. We were lucky enough to have Joe Mattes, the store manager, help us with our carpeting selection and installation. He was very helpful, very efficient and made sure the carpet installation was done to our satisfaction. We had an absolutely flawless experience having new carpeting installed in 3 different rooms. Our salesman was Dennis who was extremely knowledgeable and professional and directed us to the beautiful mohawk carpeting in his showroom. He never pressured us into the sale and was extremely helpful. Then on the day of installation the 2 man crew was incredible. Never stopped working and did an incredible job. We are extremely happy with carpetland and everyone involved....thankyou SO much!!!
