We have worked with Dan from the Kenosha store on numerous projects, from our forever home to rental remodels. He is always super helpful, he spends the time to walk us through various flooring options, sharing the pros and cons and asking us all the right questions. I worked with John Karczewski at Carpetland USA. John was recommended to me by a professional remodeling company. We purchased new flooring for all three floors of our home. We love the floors. John was just outstanding. He worked diligently with us to find the floors we wanted and was always accessible, responsive and professional. We were also really pleased with the installers Carpetland had do the floors. I recommend John Karczewski and Carpetland USA without reservation to anyone.
We absolutely love our new flooring--carpeting in our three bedrooms and LVP everywhere else. Julie was an unbelievably helpful sales person! She made our selection process so easy and her input was so valuable. Julie helped get the exact look and feel we were looking for!
Gail was very helpful, in guiding me to the products that best fit my needs, as a pet owner. She made me feel like I had a friend helping me decide. The scheduling, and installation went smoothly. The installers were very respectful of my home, and furnishings. It was a seamless process.
We worked with Gail on getting our new carpet installed. Everything was straight forward, the prices were great, especially considering the high price of everything right now, and Gail really went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. I am 9 months pregnant and she made sure she did everything possible to get us comfortable with the new flooring before our little man joins us.
