After obtaining four estimates, we chose Gail Russo and Carpetland of Burlington, Wisconsin to install laminate flooring in our one-bedroom condo in Lake Geneve, Wisconsin. Gail and everyone at Carpetland were professional and easy to work with during the process of picking out the right product and then having it installed. We were lucky enough to have Joe Mattes, the store manager, help us with our carpeting selection and installation. He was very helpful, very efficient and made sure the carpet installation was done to our satisfaction. We had our entire house carpeted and we were not looking forward to what seemed like a daunting project. We had an absolutely flawless experience having new carpeting installed in 3 different rooms. Our salesman was Dennis who was extremely knowledgeable and professional and directed us to the beautiful mohawk carpeting in his showroom. He never pressured us into the sale and was extremely helpful. Then on the day of installation the 2 man crew was incredible. Never stopped working and did an incredible job. We are extremely happy with carpetland and everyone involved....thankyou SO much!!!

Gail made the selection process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Gail for all your flooring needs. In addition, the installers did a professional job. Am very pleased with the entire process.
It was great working with Dan Becker he was quick to come measure the carpet I needed and was installed within two weeks. Dan also last month did the same quick service for my sisters carpet needs and at a fair price.
