We absolutely love our new flooring--carpeting in our three bedrooms and LVP everywhere else. Julie was an unbelievably helpful sales person! She made our selection process so easy and her input was so valuable. Julie helped get the exact look and feel we were looking for!
Gail was very helpful, in guiding me to the products that best fit my needs, as a pet owner. She made me feel like I had a friend helping me decide. The scheduling, and installation went smoothly. The installers were very respectful of my home, and furnishings. It was a seamless process.
We worked with Gail on getting our new carpet installed. Everything was straight forward, the prices were great, especially considering the high price of everything right now, and Gail really went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. I am 9 months pregnant and she made sure she did everything possible to get us comfortable with the new flooring before our little man joins us. Horrible-we ordered a bathroom floor and a kitchen floor. The bathroom floor was put in so poorly, it had to be completely redone and the kitchen floor the boards keep separating, leaving a gap in between, and they blame it on the wheels on my chairs. So I had to change my kitchen chairs to chairs that don’t move. We were never told at anytime that you cannot use chairs with wheels on this type of floor so right now my floor has gaps in it and they won’t do anything about it. Very very disappointed..
Horrible, do not purchase flooring from them. We purchased flooring from them for our bathroom and our kitchen. Our bathroom floor had to be replaced completely because of how it was put in and then our kitchen floor continues to have issues which they say is because we had wheels on our kitchen chairs. We were never told we couldn’t have chairs with wheels or that this flooring was not appropriate for chairs with wheels so now I am stuck with the floor that separates and they will not do anything to fix it.
We used carpet land to do flooring throughout our home now that we have a small problem that needs to be fixed carpet land quoted us an outrageous high price to come out and fix a small section of. Disappointed with the customer service that I was provided with through carpet land USA and will not be using them for any future project. There’s no loyalty to their customer.
I had hard surface and carpet installed. The materials are great. The people were nice but there were many issues. I would not recommend Carpetland to anyone. I paid for floor leveler and it still has a slight slant. There is a squeak, they cut the edge short in one area so the trim does not cover it and there is an area that looks to have been marked for cutting and not cut. Never came back to fix the flooring installed by their workers No response back from our sales installer.
I had install a Hardwood floor last year. Bad workmanship , carpet land usa did not fix the problem.
