My carpet purchase was made so easy by Gail at the Carpetland Burlington location. She has the experience and expertise to know which carpeting meets your needs. Gail made the selection process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Gail for all your flooring needs. In addition, the installers did a professional job. Am very pleased with the entire process.
It was great working with Dan Becker he was quick to come measure the carpet I needed and was installed within two weeks. Dan also last month did the same quick service for my sisters carpet needs and at a fair price.
We were extremely happy with our experience at Carpetland in Burlington, we worked with Adam, we put in both hard surface flooring and carpet in our home. He was patient and never made us feel rushed. Flooring was well worth the price

Replacing carpet can be overwhelming. After several samples we decided on Karastan. We originally had Karastan carpet before in the rooms, so we were aware of the quality. Very happy with the look and feel.
We had a wonderful experience at Carpetland from the first meeting with Joe, to getting a quote, to the final installation. Everything was well done. The installers went above and beyond. Can't say enough about our great experience at Carpetland. Joe was so helpful explaining everything to our 92 year old mom who was the one getting the carpet. She was extremely satisfied and happy from beginning to end. .
Had a great experience with Carpetland in Pewaukee. From the time I started working with Tim Potter, my salesman to the install of wood floors in about half of my condo to the final carpet in the remainder, everything went smoothly and the end results is spectacular! Maher, the wood floor installer is a true craftsman and was VERY particular about his work and the three men who installed the carpet were in and out the same day - a very long day for them, but they got the old carpet out quickly and the new pad and carpet put... read more
A great experience for start to finish. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I found the carpeting I was looking for. the installation was flawless.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. John in sales was so helpful, his pricing was very competitive. The installers are the best I've ever experienced. I give them 6 stars if I could.
