Love my new carpet! Helped me select the perfect carpet within my budget. Was able to install within a week of me placing my order, which worked out great as I had just purchased a condo and wanted to replace the carpet before moving in. Looks great!

Great Experience! Great Experience! The store customer service was outstanding. The installers went above and beyond. Very professional. We have been dealing with Carpet Plus Outlet for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs. To date they have done 7 floors for us and they always do a great job. The personnel are knowledgeable and give great suggestions making it a comfortable and easy experience for the customer. Carpets Plus Outlet will continue to be our go to for new flooring.

-Very happy I'm homebound but sales was able to help me over the phone with answers, suggestions, & were patient with me. They asked the right question so bought the samples that fit my home & gave me a good price. Installed in timely manner. The 2 installers were neat & on time. They had to contend with 3 dogs but not a problem for them, even when my 75 lb. mixed breed insisted on hanging over his shoulder to "supervise" & gave kisses for approval.
