Great service and great communication skills! We picked out our hardwood flooring and then asked Carpets Plus Outlet to install it for us. The sales staff was very nice and very helpful in making our selection. The installers did a great job and were very skilled at their jobs. Easy To Talk To, No Problems, Very Good I have seen Carpets Plus Outlet around town and I've known about them but this was the first time that I used them. I took in some of my laminate floorings to see if they could find the same or similar laminate to match it to have it installed in my new condo. Very Satisfied; Great Workmanship & Competitive Pricing We had vinyl flooring installed on the first floor of our home by Carpets Plus Outlet, and it was a great experience. The salesperson was great in helping me find the perfect vinyl flooring I needed, and the installers were great. They were very knowledgeable, articulate, and conscientious. The Best Employees! I absolutely love Carpets Plus Outlet and all of their employees! They always do a fantastic job. We have had carpeting installed as well as flooring and they have also installed a backsplash for me. They did a fabulous job on all of it and their installers are the best! I cannot imagine anything being better. Their products are outstanding and their service is tremendous! I truly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome product with awesome staff! Every step of the process was wonderful ! From the sales staff to the installers! No one tried to sell me on something that was not what I needed. In fact, I walked in and they were completely honest with me.....when they could have sold me something way more expensive because I thought that’s what I needed. The prices are great.
