Outstanding If you want the best carpet buying experience, Carpets Plus Outlet is the place for you. Matt, Shane and Heather will take care of all your wants, need, and desires to your complete satisfaction. The whole staff is genuinely interested in giving you the best service possible. My wait time from order date to install date was only 5 days, 2 of which were a weekend. The installer was on time and called before arriving. Ed did a good job laying carpet runners The are beautiful. Chrissy did a beautiful job making the runners. Everyone was so so nice and helpful. 100% impressed! The store customer service was outstanding. The contractors went beyond my expectations. They walked us thru every step of the work they did. Great service! Good quality products! Super installers! Just an all around excellent experience! I think very highly of Carpet Plus Outlet. Their salespeople are great and not pushy at all. The installers are very good. I'm very satisfied with the product. I found out about them by driving past their store and also by word of mouth in the community. Excellent service.

Wonderful! A friend recommended Carpet Plus Outlet to me. So, when I decided to get new carpet, I called them. They moved my furniture, and then removed my old carpet for me, and carried it away. Then, they installed the new carpeting. They were very nice people, and they did a professional job. It was a wonderful experience!

Friendly, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and efficient in their workmanship! We have used Carpet Plus Outlet twice now, and we plan on using them again next month. Most recently, they installed luxury vinyl tile for us. We have been extremely pleased with their services. They are efficient in their workmanship, and enjoyable people to be around.
