One word says it all! Excellent! Carpet Plus Outlet definitely gets five stars from me. This was the first time I used them. They were recommended to me and I've already recommended them to other people. The owner himself came to my house and measured. He was good about explaining the process of installing carpet and how everything would work. He gave me tons of samples to choose from. Everyone was Great! From picking out the flooring to the install. We love our laminate plank flooring!! We had help picking out flooring with everyone so helpful and install with Joe was so perfect.

Reliable! Excellent service! Carpet Plus Outlet is always on time. They do what they say they're going to do.Their prices are competitive. They make recommendations on flooring for different areas of my house. They go above and beyond what another store would do. I've used Carpet Plus Outlet four or five times. This time they put in carpeting. Other times, they put wood floors in my kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. I recommend Carpet Plus Outlet.

I am happy with my experience with carpets plus outlet. Christie was very helpful and professional, Matt made accurate measurements based on the lack of extra carpet left over and Jordan and John did a fabulous job on the install and were able to complete the job on schedule.

Great experience From start to finish everyone was very professional. Having an older home where things are never easy our installer, Joe, did a great job. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and bathroom floors.

Excellent experience - We hIghly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet From our initial visit to the carpet installation - everything was done with ease and to perfection. Everyone who we came in contact with was very pleasant, professional, and were always helpful in answering our questions. Installers moved our furniture with care (which we greatly appreciated), they removed the old, installed the new pad and carpet through out the house, and trimmed a few doors in just 2 days. Excellent results! On a scale of one to five, I give them six stars! Carpets Plus Outlet replaced the tile and carpeting in almost my entire condo. They did a very good job overall. I'm very pleased and impressed with the quality of their work. My neighbor used them and recommended them to me. I absolutely recommend Carpets Plus Outlet to others. I'm very happy with the way everything looks.

Awesome! Friendly! I like Carpets Plus Outlet. Their store is clean and inviting and their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers are friendly and they do very good work. They have a great attitude and no matter if its carpet or tile they do a phenomenal job. This wasn't the first time I have used them and I intend on using them in the future and praying they are one of the few local businesses that make it through this COVID crisis.
