Everyone I have dealt with were so helpful I'm very happy with my new kitchen floor. I was able to trust the workers in my home while I was at work and they clean up after themselves. Cant wait to have my Foyer done next.

Carpets Plus - 5 stars all around. For years they have met our flooring needs, and most recently, helped us with subway tiles. We won’t go anywhere else. We have nothing but good things to say about Carpets Plus. We have been using them for over 20 years. Our most recent needs were met by Arizona. She was enthusiastic, conscientious, patient, and knowledgeable.

Excellent Service all the way through! Immediately greeted by Heather Brittion who took me around to show samples and answered my many questions. Shane Sauls was very helpful in answering further questions when he came to measure the floor to be done. David P. who came to install our new carpeting worked quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards by vacuuming the new carpet. Excellent People & Service! We went to Carpet Plus Outlet for the first time and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and prompt, not to mention their product was good. All of the people, both at the store and the installers who came to our home, were excellent! We got flooring installed in our living room, and we also had the wood taken off our fireplace and had it replaced by brick. Great Flooring! Great Service! Carpet Plus Outlet did a great job with my new laminate plank flooring. Their product is great, and the installation went very well. It looks great. I used them in the past which made for an easy decision to use them again. I will be a returning customer!

Always have been good to me. Victor has always taken good care of me. He is very trustworthy and up front. He answers all my questions in a timely manner. I always refer family and friend to Carpets Plus. The guys that installed the carpeting were very prompt and friendly. They cleaned up after they were done. I love my new carpet. :)

Happy Customers! Carpet Plus Outlet did a great job! We purchased a new luxury vinyl plank flooring for the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and hallway. We absolutely loved the installers! They went above and beyond with the installation. The entire floor turned out beautifully! We are very happy and we would use them again.

One word says it all! Excellent! Carpet Plus Outlet definitely gets five stars from me. This was the first time I used them. They were recommended to me and I've already recommended them to other people. The owner himself came to my house and measured. He was good about explaining the process of installing carpet and how everything would work. He gave me tons of samples to choose from. Everyone was Great! From picking out the flooring to the install. We love our laminate plank flooring!! We had help picking out flooring with everyone so helpful and install with Joe was so perfect.
