Very Good Experience Carpet Plus Outlet did everything they said they would do and more. They were very patient with me taking 15 samples home trying to decide which color I wanted them to install. Once I made a decision, they had to order the carpet. It would be two weeks before it came in. Experience with other carpet companies left me doubtful on the delivery. Great Choice We needed new carpet for our 20 yr old home. Carpet Plus Outlet gave us the customer service we were looking for without long wait times. Everything was easy - from picking out the type of carpet and pad and even scheduling the install - everything was explained to us since we had not replaced carpet in many years. They were even able to work with our desire to keep costs down and let us do the removal of the old carpet ourselves. The new carpet is so nice - can't wait to do another room.

I had hardwood flooring done in my home. The workers were wonderful. They did a beautiful job on the floors. Very nice group of men they took care of my home and cleaned up after themselves each day. What a wonderful experience with getting new flooring installed. Have used Carpets Plus before and will do so again.

Outstanding customer service! From the initial visit to the store to the expert installation, we LOVE Carpets Plus Outlet! We have been working with them for about 30 years on all kinds of flooring; carpet, linoleum and vinyl planks. Some of our projects have been challenging and they offer solutions that are affordable. The customer service is outstanding!
