Very Good Job Carpet Plus Outlet did a very good job. I really like them and what they did, they were courteous, and I had no problems with them. They installed carpet for us in our home and helped us with moving furniture around the area as they worked on the carpet since it was too big to get out the front door. They were good, and we would use them again.

Phenomenal transparency! The drain in our air conditioner in the condo backed up and we had to replace some of the carpet. About a year later black mold started showing up through the carpet so we knew that we had to replace all the carpeting. We had previously used a large flooring company here in town but we were not satisfied with them. They sold us supposedly high quality carpet but it wore out quickly and looked like it was five years old after the first year. We suspect that company of baiting and switching on us. They went above and beyond for us! This was my first experience with Carpet Plus Outlet. My husband had used them before so when we needed to get some carpeting done, he recommended that we call them. They really went above and beyond for us. The man they sent out was very hard working. He got the work finished in one day, and he never even stopped for lunch or anything. He just worked straight through! He was friendly and professional and he was extremely skilled at his craft! A first class company! We have used them several times! I have used Carpet Plus Outlet on several occasions, the last one being to install some new bathroom flooring for me. They have installed carpeting and kitchen flooring for me in the past. Their employees are excellent whether it is at the store or doing the installation. They are a first class company and they stand behind their work. 5 star experience beginning to end Our visit to the store was great. Matt was very helpful in helping us with selection. Because he already had the measurements thanks to Izzy (our friend) he was able to give us an estimate very quickly. Within two weeks all was complete. Izzy did a great job with the laminate entry as did David with the carpet. We love it!

Quality, helpful, expertise! We have had Carpet Plus install carpeting and flooring on at least four occasions. They have a great selection of products and are very helpful in making the best selection. Their installers are professional, courteous and very efficient. We would definitely use Carpet Plus again if the occasion arises.

Excellent service! Shopping at Carpets Plus Outlet has been a wonderful experience. Arizona and Nancy have been great to work with. We love our new floor that Joe installed and we’re looking forward to our new carpet and window treatment. Its convenient to have everything in one place. We highly recommend Carpet’s Plus!
