Highly recommended! It wasn't a big job but my husband and I were both impressed by the service we received from Carpet Plus Outlet. They were very neat in what they did. They were very polite even when we kept peeking in at the job. They were very business-like and very quick. They took away all the old carpeting and cleaned everything up. Five stars for Carpet Plus Outlet.
Good Experience All Around Carpet Plus Outlet was great all around. They were very good at helping us choose the carpet for our home and very knowledgeable. Once we had chosen what we wanted, scheduling the install was quick and easy. The installation guy was wonderful and did a very good job. If I needed more flooring I would not hesitate to use them again.
Outstanding employees, know what they were doing and did it perfectly !!will recommend carpet plus !! Excellent work and professional installers, I marveled at the team work of these two guys.
Everyone I have dealt with were so helpful I'm very happy with my new kitchen floor. I was able to trust the workers in my home while I was at work and they clean up after themselves. Cant wait to have my Foyer done next.
Carpets Plus - 5 stars all around. For years they have met our flooring needs, and most recently, helped us with subway tiles. We won’t go anywhere else. We have nothing but good things to say about Carpets Plus. We have been using them for over 20 years. Our most recent needs were met by Arizona. She was enthusiastic, conscientious, patient, and knowledgeable.
Excellent Service all the way through! Immediately greeted by Heather Brittion who took me around to show samples and answered my many questions. Shane Sauls was very helpful in answering further questions when he came to measure the floor to be done. David P. who came to install our new carpeting worked quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards by vacuuming the new carpet. Excellent People & Service! We went to Carpet Plus Outlet for the first time and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and prompt, not to mention their product was good. All of the people, both at the store and the installers who came to our home, were excellent! We got flooring installed in our living room, and we also had the wood taken off our fireplace and had it replaced by brick. Great Flooring! Great Service! Carpet Plus Outlet did a great job with my new laminate plank flooring. Their product is great, and the installation went very well. It looks great. I used them in the past which made for an easy decision to use them again. I will be a returning customer!
