Best business in town. I have used Carpets Plus Outlet twice. They installed carpet in our main living room the first time around and replaced it with porcelain tile the second time. Their prices are competitive. They're not the lowest, but worth it.

Fantastic service, excellent installation Carpets Plus Outlet installed new carpeting in my home. When I walked into the showroom for the first time, I had an idea of what I wanted. However, after speaking with the sales representative about my home, she guided me in a different direction and she was totally right. The installers did a fantastic job. Quality experience Carpets Plus Outlet put carpet in three rooms for me. They are a family owned business and you see the same people every time you're there. Every interaction I had with someone, at least with 5 people along the way, plus the two installers, was very professional and they were very courteous. They seemed very happy and knowledgeable. Price wise, they are right there. They were a solid group of people from start to finish.

Just a great experience all around Carpets Plus Outlet installed carpeting and kitchen flooring, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I heard about this company through word-of-mouth from my cousin who had some excellent work done in her home. I got quite a few estimates for the work anyway and I was impressed with both the price and the professionalism of the staff at Carpets Plus Outlet. Definitely a store to return to! I had a very good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. Their customer service was excellent! The way they their conduct business is very professional. I went to them for laminate flooring, and it turned out beautifully! There was one minor problem, and they came back and took care of it without any question and in a very efficient manner. I was very happy with their cooperation!

100% Satisfaction Carpets Plus Outlet really knows what they are doing. They are a wonderful company to work with. The carpet layers were extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing. They did what they had to do and they did it. Then they put back all of my furniture back in the right place. They really cleaned up well. Very complete work.
