Great quality, great pricing and very helpful staff! Carpet Plus Outlet installed vinyl plank flooring in our entire upstairs. They also put woodwork around the flooring to finish it off and installed carpeting on the stairs. It was our first time using them, and everything turned out very nice. They seemed like perfectionists at what they do.
More than we bargained for! Carpets Plus Outlet did a fantastic job installing new carpet for our business. The guys who did the work were fantastic. We had a couple oddly-shaped rooms in here, and they did a great job. They have fair prices, great products and great service. We definitely got more than we bargained for!
Real pleasant shopping experience I purchased carpet from Carpets Plus Outlet. I had them bound to make an area and they looked wonderful! I love them. When I walked in, they greeted me and were very friendly and attentive. Very helpful.

Professional, efficient, ready to answer any questions, courteous and skilled I used Carpets Plus Outlet for overall carpets throughout the entire home. They were very efficient and very thorough. I witnessed a lot of the work going on and it was very professional. Everything looks really good. All of us here are impressed with the finish work.
They were great. They were extremely helpful. They didn't try to push just one type of carpet, they showed me a wide range. They took a lot of time with me, and were extremely friendly and courteous. Their prices were the most reasonable in the whole area and I got a better quality carpet.
If I could have given more then 5 stars I would have! :-) As a first time home buyer having no idea where to begin, Heather, Victor, and Matt could not have made my experience any better. The individualized expertise and attention given by Heather to me went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped explained and guided me in my choices of flooring, paint colors, and even came to the house to be sure everything was going to work...I could not have done it without her!
They are terrific. I'm a manager for an apartment complex of seniors, and I manage 144 apartments. Carpets Plus are the only people that I would have in here carpeting, whether they are doing a vacant apartment or one that someone lives in. They're fantastic to deal with. Neal and Penny run a wonderful ship. All of their employees take care of the customer. I have also used them for personal carpeting needs and been very satisfied.
Very good. They really know their products. They put wood floor down in our living room, dining room, and kitchen, put carpet in the bedroom, and linoleum in the bathroom. They did a great job. I've re-done houses in many areas and they are the best I've had. They have the best product and the information they give far surpasses everyone else. They know their products and the industry.
