Efficient and reliable service Carpets Plus Outlet gave us great service. They worked with our schedule and did a fine job installing carpet for our entire house. Everyone on the crew was courteous, professional, and hardworking. The prices were comparable. I do wish that they consulted us on the dividers that they used between the carpet and wood flooring, since I would have chosen different ones but otherwise, they did a really nice job.

Hassle-free service Carpets Plus Outlet made it really easy to install new carpet in our home. It was really easy to schedule with them and everything else went similarly smoothly. They did a terrific job installing new carpet for our entire upper floor for a very reasonable price. The installers were clean, respectful, and professional. I'd strongly recommend them.

Excellent all around! I have nothing but good things to say! After 12 years of dealing with old floors, I called them to redo my entire condo, including two bathrooms, kitchen, and entry-way. Everything was wonderful; there was no problem at all. I asked all the right questions, and they provided insightful, knowledgeable answers. It was an easy process. Outstanding customer service Carpets Plus provided good customer service, and they really explain what they are doing. We used them in our old house, and we just recently used them again in our new home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around nice people. They did a nice job, and they did not leave a mess. They put in vinyl flooring, and it looks wonderful. They have good product knowledge.

Fabulous place for I all flooring needs Purchased an Amendoim engineered hardwood floor for my kitchen. The quality and price was excellent. Matt did a fabulous job installing the floor. Go there for your flooring - wood, laminate, carpet needs. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Helpful sales representatives. Knowledgeable installers. Shades look great! We went to the Carpets Plus Outlet showroom to inquire about shades. A representative came to our home to help us make a selection. He brought catalogs with different patterns and samples. He helped us choose an appropriate set of shades for our bedroom.

Polite people who got all of the work done promptly. We used Carpets Plus Outlet to have tile put in our kitchen and bathroom, and carpet put in our living room. I rate them all fives because they got everything done when we needed it finished. They were also very polite and friendly the whole time
