Worst place to stay I have signed a lease for an year and waiting for completing since i cannot terminate if i want to terminate they ask for whole 4 months rent, infested by cockroaches, its actually not carriage park cockroaches park, poor homes, not safe to stay here, and some buildings are with bedbugs, poor management and staff never resolve your problem on time no doubt even if your lease completed they not gonna respond. Worst staff and maintenance Leasing office staff is not responding with rite information. They have hell lot of rules while signing the lease but when you move in apartment is dirty and dont even clean the basic stuff. The only point for staying here is because of the bus facility to downtown. Otherwise it is the worst community to stay

Stay Away Ceiling caved in- management did not respond to emails. Manager yelled at me in front of other customers. Claiming I have never sent my notice to vacate though I have email proof that I did. I have photos of a hole in my ceiling and videos of water leaking but cant post here. They tell different rates for the same units to different people, basically depending on how gullible you are. Also, they do not have pictures/ floor-plans for many of their apartment and get angry if you ask for some. They lie, say one thing ... read more

Overpriced. Poor infastructure. Water Damage Mold Issues. The Carriage Park Apartments are too expensive for the poor infrastructure you are living in. The leasing office is extremely unhelpful and have poor follow-up/communication with tenants. The maintenance crew is quick but not all problems can be resolved. I have had three water damage and mold damage incidents in the 10 months I have lived at Carriage Park. These are unacceptable living standards. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to move into these apartments.

Carriage Park KnowHOW This apartment construction is very old perhaps in the early 70's ; the flip side of which is insulation is very very poor and you end up paying Electricity and Gas Bills more than 150 $ on an average during the winters for 4 months and 100 $ plus during summers for 3 months. Although the premises and complex is neatly maintained by the Management ; however the buildings are infested by roaches ; and even if you clean and maintain your apartment daily you will find a couple of them at night. Carriage park Carriage park apartment is a little India. The apartment has basic amenities and the building structure is too old. The apartment is not modernized and has old kitchen model. Not all the houses has modular kitchen and dishwasher. Microwave forget it!! Laundry dryer common area not built in house. You could hear your top floor people walking and you can measure the intensity of their walk seeing your fan shivering. Lol!.
