Arrogant property management Be ready to adjust and live with the most impolite and arrogant property manager and poorly managed leasing office. Especially never look for Justice to be served to you even after multiple escalations, Dreyfuss LLC though says they are managing they have very poor staffing in this property who doesn’t have any common sense to understand tenants concerns and issues.

Verified Renter Vibrant community.This place is near all the big stores and plenty ok kids activities to goto . Never heard of anything that would make us feel unsafe in this community.

Verified Renter The goal of the administration is only to take money from the tenants and collect any additional fees.. It does not cooperate well with the tenants.. I do not recommend anyone to live here

New resident, roaches second night.. Upon moving in I was assured that there were no pest issues. after moving in I spotted a few baby roaches the second night. I called the office the next day. They told me that they would send pest control. Over the course of the next month I called 15 times after documenting all of this. Pest control never sprayed my unit because "they didn't have a key". It is now going on 6 month and the problem has gotten a lot worse. They will charge you 300$ if they aren't able to spray your apartmen... read more

Don't waste your money! Worst apartment I've ever stayed. You can't even sleep because of the noise of the neighbors.

New Resident Roaches first week in Management imposes a $300 fine for a roach issue they haven’t solved since 2019 as told by other residents. I truly do not believe anyone should live here they won’t let you view apartments in advance because they’re well aware of their roach issue.

Worst Management , Don’t come The management is very rude and worst service I have never seen. This place has very poor management and they have bugs /roaches everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to live here. no one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Awful My wife and I moved here and we can't wait to leave. Everything is broken and because of COVID I guess they just don't fix things. We have broken outlets and they say they fix them and it's still broken. We get a thousand emails a day about pest control for every single building but they never email us about the issues we really need fixed here. There's bugs in our laundry room, not in our apartment but it's probably only a matter of time. It's gross here.

I Wish We Never Moved Here We have had roaches in our apartment from the very beginning. It has been difficult to get treatment - we constantly have to call maintenance, every single week, to request treatment. They don't just treat until the problem is gone, and there's NEVER follow up from the office to see how our roach issue is. And we're working young adults, there's nowhere for us to see when and if they've actually treated our apartment. There's absolutely zero communication except for us requesting treatment.
