Verified Renter Worst experience so far. I would zero stars if there is an option. AC did not work when moved in. Then they took more than a month to replace it. The new one gives a hell of a noise. It's too loud that you can't hear the other person in the living room. Have raised multiple maintenance requests and it is not yet fixed. Worst maintenance support. Verified Renter The community apartment complex provides a somewhat pleasant atmosphere. Residents are generally friendly, but there could be more effort in fostering a sense of community.

Verified Renter I would rate my experience here in carriage park as below average. Need to improve on lot grounds such as maintenance and also quality of life style they provide to the residents.

Verified Renter Staying here since a week, no issues till now.. Move in was smooth but they charged me a month rent deposit which was 99 earlier. Also make sure to add your bank account in advance else you have to pay by CC or DB which has applicable fee

Verified Renter Community is slowly becoming bugs free now. For last more than three years going through lot of inconvenience every month to emptying kitchen cabinets for bug spray. No appreciation from office on the contrary get ready to pay $300 charge if you don't make them satisfied per management's terms. Very rude and noncooperative approach from office. Verified Renter Maintain surroundings clean. No lawn mowing regularly. Rents are high compared to old infrastructure - renovate apartments. Leasing department is not maintaining good relation with tenants.

Verified Renter I would never live here again. I just started my lease and I’m ready to move out. The apartments are not taken care of at all. There is so much noise from the families around me. No one locks their doors and the laundry facilities are hard to find. They just closed the pool during the week in the middle of august .

Verified Renter I would like to give 0 star. I normally didn't write any comments or reviews. DO NOT rent any apartment. This is the worst apartment I have ever rent. The staffs in administrative office were very very rude. Last but not the least, they won't return the deposit.

Verified Renter Over all geeat neighborhood. But apartment quality is really bad. After several calls dishwasher not replaced. We keep calling maintenance for same issues every 3-4 months. Water keep leaking in the bathroom and basement even after they allegedly fixed it. Kitchen knobs keeps breaking. Cabinets loosing wood powder. Laundry cabinet keeps getting stuck. Overall needs to renovate. We have no roaches but keep being bothered by pest control every month. Its so much inconvenient to empty the whole kitchen with the ... read more
