We went in today for a urgent care appt. Waited an 1 1/2. Never saw the vet. We left. What a shame our dogs have gone here for years. Last reg appt we waited an hour. I think they are getting to big for their britches and/or the Front office is unable to handle the appts. We have moved on. Totally sucks we loved Dr Ross.

I do not know why this vet is regularly voted as the best vet in the valley. They are responsible for countless deaths of our dear pets. Too bad people are in the dark.
The people are great whom helped us no complaint on them, however 561.00 to have our dog be put down, crazy pricing my horses vets cheaper. I am done with this place prices are so high.

I was told my dogs were no longer welcome there as clients... I was told it was the "Hospital administration's decision". WHY??
