The three-person team from Cascade Fence and Deck finished our deck project two weeks ago and I must say they exceeded our expectations. They were able to fit us in sooner than they originally planned and helped us get ready for the earlier start. They did everything that we expected and worked with us on the adjustments that you only find when you actually do the work (aligning the new fence with the old fence, worked around a root that could not be removed). Very professional.

This was a very complicated project on a very steep slope. Part of the fence is actually built on top of a tall rock retaining wall designed to keep the hill from sliding. We decided on a very attractive fence style with steel posts, and clear cedar. The entire fence was custom since almost every section was a different size than the ones on either side, determined largely by where they could find a suitable location for the posts & by the odd shape & steep slope. From start at office to estimator, to on site coordinator these folks were friendly, professional, timely and went overboard to make sure we were satisfied. In addition to removing old fence debris they also hauled away a lot of yard debris with it, at no extra cost

Working with Cascade Fence and Deck was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their sales rep (Mike) was friendly and honest. He was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The team that installed the fence did a great job. They were hard workers and skilled at problem solving. Cascade did a great job from start to finish. Mike was at our house within days of our request for an estimate. Although the installation had to be pushed out a few days, Mike did a great job keeping us informed of their schedule. The crew was hard working and professional. They always let us know when they were on our property. They did a great job cleaning up after the demolition and a superb job installing the new fence. They finished the whole project in two days. Thank you Mike Ronfeld for a good fence design to meet all my many needs. And thank you Cascade for your installation team. They were prompt, worked hard, skilled, and friendly. The fence is beautiful and so very functional. With the metal poles, 3 rails, all cedar wood, and special design, it should last for years -- just what I wanted and certainly the look my HOA approves. Bottomline: great choice!
