We had Mike Ronfeld out to quote a fencing project in our backyard. Mike offered his suggestions and advised his thoughts on the project. We had a quote that afternoon with 3 different price tiers to choose from. Once the project was a go Mike stayed in contact to make sure everything was going as planned. The process for getting a quote was good and timely. The quote was for replacing a fence on one side of my house to match the quality and style of the fence on the other side of my house which was made of clear cedar boards. Their quotes are arranged in a Good, Better, Best style but not ala carte. When talking to the sale rep, my main goal was to have the fence look like the other fence which was agreed upon. Don Beeler came to our home to assess our project. We found him to be friendly, professional and sincere. No pressure. His presentation was thoughtful and thorough. He gave us several options; more than we had asked for, which was very helpful for us in making our decision. Plus, he was able to give us a printed, detailed bid on site.
