It went very smoothly. Lead crew member answered all my questions and checked with me when needed before advancing to the next step.
Every aspect of our experience from the initial consultation and estimate to the finished project was handled great. The estimator helped us work out the layout we wanted and gave us a clear explanation of the schedule and the work to be done. Our fence had warped due to some landscaping activity happening behind us. Cascade Fence & Deck came out and assessed the situation. Then they came back and fixed it. It was done so quickly and efficiently you can't see where the dirt was disturbed! They dug the posts deeper and secured our fencing. We also had them add a fence gate on the other side of our home. Great experience from start to finish. I appreciated Kurt's time and expertise to design a fence that would coordinate with the neighbors and also allow me to have what I wanted for my yard. With respect to landscaping and trees, he showed me that I actually needed less fencing than expected. Much appreciated! He also worked with me to have a dog safe fence for a Great Pyrenees which is not an easy task but was accomplished! Cascade Fence and Decks is an example of a superbly run company. The appointment for a free estimate was courteously done on the phone. They confirmed the appointment by e-mail and attached the name and PICTURE of the person that was going to do the estimate!.
