My grandad came to Castor Lodge at first as respite having had a number of falls at home. The welcome at the home was brilliant and helped transition him to become a full time resident. It was the right time as grandad could no longer live safely in his own home. My family are welcomed at Castor Lodge. My dad is cared for with great consistency and results are showing. Mum is enjoying being wth dad and the staff are kind, professional and considerate. Highly recommended. Kindest wishes.

Lovely home in a beautiful quiet setting, couldn't be better and at a critical time fraught with difficulties. They delivered an excellent service which partly made up for the poor service paid for over several decades from the NHS. The care home provided an essential base for continued care unavailable locally and has been essential for my recovery.

Caster lodge carehome is such an amazing venue for the elderly. I also just want to say a massive thank you to Satish. Very helpful, friendly and nothing is no trouble! He made my grandmothers move such an easy process and always has a smile on his face. Thank you so much. This venue is not a 5 star. It's a 10 star! Well done to everyone!

Castor Lodge Carehome is a care company that goes above and beyond their duty of care. I have found that the caring staff, management and admin staff very helpful, kind, respectful and caring. They're treat everyone with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Castor Lodge Carehome.

All the staff very friendly helpfully and made us feel welcome and look after dad very well and the coffee and cakes were great. One staff member in particular made dad and us laugh a lot dad took a shine to him Thanks for all your help

100% recommend castor lodge. My dad was in respite for 8 weeks, I can honestly say that the home is so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble from any of the staff. They are all so caring about the residents and even the families aswell. We as a family would not hesitate in putting dad back into castor if needed. Once again thankyou all for caring!!

When my father-in-law needed full-time care, we wanted to find somewhere that felt right a place where he'd be comfortable and well looked after. From the moment we visited Castor Lodge, we were really impressed. The home itself is lovely, clean and well-kept, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the staff. We visited many care homes to try to find the perfect place for our Mum including Caster Lodge. Along with its impressive appearance and beautiful rooms, more importantly we found staff interacting positively with residents. Many activities were being carried out and everyone looked so happy and content. We spoke to several residents along with their family members and no one had a negative word to say about the care given.
