Home is spacious, beautifully decorated and has very good facilities and equipment and care. The grounds are beautiful and Father-in-Law has been allowed to purchase bulbs/flowers etc. and have them planted in the grounds. He is thoroughly enjoying everything about the home.

Having checked many care homes we finally found Castor Lodge. We were warmly welcomed on our visit, shown around the home and discussed all the ins and outs. We were given a homely welcome when my wife came in for respite. We have enjoyed the open and family feeling of the home and continued my wife's stay.

He has been looked after so well since he came here as one of the first residents. From the outset, he was treated as a member of the 'Castor Lodge' family.

My mum has only been in Castor Lodge Care Home for two weeks but is very happy with the care she has received in that time. The staff and carers are very attentive and are always happy to answer any questions. The home is beautiful and very comfortable in a very nice setting.

A wonderful home with beautiful decor and plenty of space in both communal areas and private rooms. Care quality is excellent. Looking forward to seeing more friends joining Dad at Castor Lodge Care Home.

The facilities are excellent, with lots of space and lovely rooms. Staff are amazing and always happy to help, answer a question or get anything the resident or family need. We love the fact that all the family are made to feel very welcome. There is always someone to make a drink and make us feel comfortable. We are able to make special family memories together even though Mum is no longer in her own home.

Just walking through the front door was an experience. One couldn’t fail to be impressed. Even six-stars would be inadequate. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the decor is exquisite. It would be a privilege to reside there.
