FreedomCare is a very unreliable service for seniors and the people that care for them. As my mom's caregiver, my paycheck continues to be messed up and they have little regard to correct their mistakes. If I could give half a star I would. This may be one of the most slack companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. Every customer service rep they have is TERRIBLE. my own coordinator I can never get in contact to, and once he finally gets back to me I have already had to seek out help from other coordinators, who don’t always get the job done either. I have been through hell and back with freedom care and VNS , I'm a DIABLED dan tring to cdno one cares about me at either place.
