absolutely disappointed with the quality of care and understanding from freedomcare. So much contradicting information has been provided to me no one seems to be on the same page. Contacting a care coordinator is a mission and if you make it that far they talk down to you. From the get-go you are told you can change your care coordinator at any time you please but make it nearly impossible to do so. They don’t pay on time or pay what they owe you they owe me two paychecks still a month and half latter

Our experience with this company started out ok, but quickly deteriorated. constant personnel changes, lack of payment for family, non working apps, you name it. They often don't return your calls, ask for the same info over and over again. We finally gave up and switched to another company. Don't bother with these folks.

I have been doing freedom care for a family member for four month's with no pay, no anything. Completed all the paperwork required including assessment's. Every time me or the patient reaches out, we do not get any reply only week's later. I don't know if everyone has had this problem but we have for the past four month's, each time getting told something different. I will be looking for employment elsewhere sadly.

I do not recommend FreedomCare at all! Their customer care is BS! I never speak to my care manager even though I have left voice messages, text messages, and emails. I left messages 6 months ago and to this day have not received an answer or even an acknowledgement. Spoke to a supervisor who told me that anyone there could help me, if that is the case why assign a case manager. I call and get put on hold for long periods of time or the call hangs up. I am 37 years old and have worked for a decent amount of companies, one of them being a coordinator for another CDPAP agency. That being said, Freedomcare is by far the worst company I have ever worked for or even dealt with in general. Coordinators speak to us like we are children (when we can actually get in contact with someone). I was employed with them for 4 months and did not receive one correct paycheck even when sending in timesheets in a timely manner. Freedom care does not care for the employees or for the employer. They don’t answer emails phone calls text messages and record messages I’ve worked for a week straight I still didn’t get paid they’ve been giving me a run around freedom care is the worst company to work for. I do not recommend Freedom Care for anyone.
