I was never paid for 31 hours of labor I put in before they finally got around to assigning a coordinated. Will be taking case to Attorney General.
It took 4 months to get it started due to their people not getting paperwork where it belonged on time. Their clock in program is very invasive. I had to allow it to track me and take pictures of myself and the client each time I clocked in/out. When they finally got it started, I was cheated out of the first weeks pay again bcuz they said they didn't get some paper which had been sent over a week prior to when they said they received it. RecommendedNumerous departments & many case managers. Horrible experience just getting started with appointments to begin service; 6 months instead of 30-60 days! In desperate need of 1 computerized system so that everyone has access to instead of repeating yourself with same information to each & everyone you speak to.
We have been with Freedomcare since Sept2019 n have given plenty of chances, but they continue to disappoint. Currently taking over month/half to get a CNA on books, leaving me to pay the bill when it should be Medicaid! Enrollment Supervisors just make excuses for the person dropping the ball instead of fixing the problems. We have been through 3 coordinators and all continue to mess up the aides pay. freedom care have some aggressive staff,
have staff that know what there talking about. one person tells you one thing next one tells you total opposite. been trying for to days to get the aide started and you cant get in touch with case worker. they are all useless going to find another agency that works with you.
Freedom Care pimps you. They don't care and will promiss you the world. Pay you 1/5 of what they make. Filth that spends taxpayers money for people to get pain for doing 10% of what they claim. They make 60 bucks an hour and pay you 12. That's why they and other CDPAP agencies act like they care. Garbage program killing taxpayers.
