Had several negative experiences with this dealer. Once called in and asked if they had a particular item in stock, Was told yes, drove there and found out they did not have the item in stock. Wasted trip. Brought vehicle in multiple times for recalls. Gave them all the recall info up front so they knew what needed to be done. I called this dealer for a lease price on a Grand Cherokee and a Dodge Ram. The woman I spoke with asked if I could come in - I told her I had very limited availability (kids at home plus a pregnant wife) and wanted to see if I could afford the vehicles before I took the time to make a trip in. purchased used 2009 Grand Cherokee which I have not been happy with since I purchased in November. Regretfully traded in a 2011 Hytundai Sonata and got a less than fair offer of 16k as opposed to what Carmax was offering at 18.5k. I would only recommend this dealership because what choice do i actually have. They own all the ones in my area so i have to go to them. That being said i have been through all emotions when it comes to Central Ave service / dealership. The short version is I do not trust my service experience. i always feel hostage to their findings and i always know that once i am done something else will break shortly after and i will have to pay again. The services dep. just sucks,,, cant fixed my 2004 dodge ram turbo diesel,, i will definily look for a law suit soon i get my truck fixed right by a real mechanic or a dealer,,,,btw even hit my neighbors car because the problem wasnt fixed right. Dont ever use theyr services
Requested rebuilt part due to car being older; they agreed over phone but went ahead and put in new part at much higher cost to us; GPS stolen while car was in their lot & they refused to take any responsibility ... we went to this repair shop in an emergency situation and would never recommend to anyone. Between car rental, stolen GPS and repair bill a power steering pump problem cost almost $1,400. Enough said.
Salesman, Adam Rosin, basically lied about items on the contract and said that Chrysler would cover them but when it came time, they did not. They are all liars and i wouldnt send a junkyard dog in there. Stay away and the same for the Larchmont dealership. Go somewhere else.
First of all, when i went in to purchase my vehicle i was quoted a rather reasonable price for a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I was told that the car was used for dealer purposes only as a demo car. I purchased the car. From the day i bought it home (3months ago) i have had nothing but problems with it.
