Since the new management we noticed a few things concerning maintence that we weren’t pleased with. We put two work orders in a week after maintence came to help us get rid of water from a flood. Our washer needed to be repaired. It took a week in half and we had to go to the office and remind them that we put an order in.
Since I've moved into the residence I have had countless issues with my unit without permanent resolutions. My AC unit has needed maintenance now 4 times and the guest bathroom floor leaks water and is causing a mildew odor. The trash company refuses to take small bags, which makes me question why pay for valet trash if we still have to do it ourselves.
I have had a maintenance request in for 2 month and have been the the office twice now. I also live by the compactor; and since the new ownership; not once has that area been cleaned between changes.
As a resident, the concern for my safety in my apartment is close to nothing. Roof has been leaking and when I expressed that to the office, he said to put a bucket until the company comes. It's been over 3 weeks now. Still waiting...
When I first moved in to Centro this past March, there were a few minor issues. The issues were resolved in a timely fashion, so it was not that big of a deal. I have been experiencing a few more issues these past few weeks, including a leak in my living room ceiling. The roof was fixed last week. However, nobody has come to fix the interior damage, which includes a stained and moldy ceiling. On top of that, a few days ago a bees nest started right outside my balcony door. Would appreciate it if maintenance was available on the weekend and would respond to work orders more quickly
I would like to speak with a human being when I call with a problem with my rental property. Nothing is more upsetting and frustrating than speaking with a machine while you're having problems
