I moved out because of the increasing rates with no increasing value. So did my 4 neighbors. I got a Bill for over $1300 after moving out. I reached out via phone and email multiple times with no response back. I'll probably finally get a response only after I post this. They charged me $350 to throw out 4 garbage bags that my cleaning lady put outside after the maintainance guy said to leave it. Nice scam going on. I was also charged for 3 days after i moved out and "damages" to the counter that were there and a rug removal... read more

The transition from Greystar was not the smoothest it seems ARIUM isn't very involved in helping in the transition. Staff seems very reactive to issues not proactive. There seems to be limited feedback on why policy is in place, we are just told and we're not involve in the policy making. As result the stakeholder doesn't seem to have control on that process.

My washing machine has been leaking for weeks and nothing has been done to correct it. It has been flooding my kitchen everytime i attempt to turn it on after they claim it has been fixed. I dont know what else to do, i have been very pleasant with the leasing office but this is ridiculous. Last management company would resolve issues right away. I regret resigning my lease.

I have been asking time and time again to test for mold in my apartment. A guy just shos up and tells me he is going to spray chemicals in my air vents, while I am there! This is unacceptable to me. I have been asking for a mold test for varios reasons: 1. I want peace of mind, I want to make sure it is not mold. 2. If it is mold, I want it to be taken care of properly. Either get it removed and cleaned professionally, move me to a new unit, OR I will need to move, since I will not live in a place with mold. I hope this issu... read more

At first everything seemed to be okay but 5 months in & my AC has been leaking going on 2 months already. I have a 2 month old & a 2 year old in my apartment & have been battling this with the AC as the maintenance people have no idea what they’re doing. Very unprofessional here. I’m scared that maybe there’s mold starting to grow!!! This is unreal.

As soon as the new management company took over the entire complex has gone downhill rapidly. I have submitted service requests for a malfunctioning washing machine it has been 2 weeks with zero response. I have also submitted a service request for a broken a/c unit, it has been a week with nothing fixed. I have communicated with the leasing office several times only to be promised it will be addressed immediately, as of this survey nothing has been fixed. It would be great if you would respond to maintenance requests. It would be great if you would react to phone calls and repeated visits to the Leasing office telling you that my AC has been broken. I've been in touch in some way every day since it broke. Almost a week ago! My Washing machine has been on the fritz for 2 weeks. The new management group doesn't care about the residents. If I could negative stars, I would.

Maintenance has declined since new management. Still waiting for them to inspect water damage to wall for three weeks from a leak in apartment above us.

I have been paying my rent through the online autopay system all along. Then I get an email saying that the online platform will change. NOWHERE IN THAT EMAIL IT IS MENTIONED THAT I HAVE TO SET UP AUTOPAY AGAIN! So I was out of town and couldn't check my account while I was traveling on May 1st-2nd.
