I recently came to tour Centro at Davie and was greeted by Krissie. She was so welcoming and awesome! Although I did not end up leasing with Centro I would definitely recommend them to my friends!! Thanks Krissie!!!!
Centro is great, my buddy Al takes care of anything we need maintenance wise, and is great to talk to. He even let me borrow a few of his personal tools.
It is the best resident area close to the Nova university. It is a combination of friendly neighbors and carrying staff. Yesterday there we're a funny comedy party with free and delicious food and drinks for everyone. It was a best gathering ever and we all enjoyed it. Many thanks for the manager lady there and Krissie Rodriguez which we're taking a lot of care of us.
This 5 star review is only for how awesome one man here is. The only good thing I have to say about this property is how awesome Al from the maintenance team is. He did everything he could to fix our leaking air conditioner in our apartment. He was here everyday trying to solve the mystery. He was always truthful and honest and is by far the most friendliest person that works here. I sometimes see him when I pull in from work and he always sends a wave hello my way. Krissie was so awesome today at the event. Thanks so much for having the resident event today! Krissie was super helpful and attentive to everything. The food was really yummy and it was a really good time
I have seen many changes since living here 6 years ago from management to service and I have had no complaints so far. The office staff especially krissie who signed me up in the first place is always helpful and professional , any issues or concerns are actioned immediately and with a follow up. Rent is high but so is the market . Centro is central to everything from medical to shops to highway. Go centro !
The staff and community are awesome! When I was moving in, I was on a very tight schedule and they worked with me to move in as quickly as possible - getting new carpet, a new dryer, changing the locks, and fixing up the place. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with the staff, especially Al and Krissie. I definitely recommend living at Centro!
