When I first moved in to Centro this past March, there were a few minor issues. The issues were resolved in a timely fashion, so it was not that big of a deal. I have been experiencing a few more issues these past few weeks, including a leak in my living room ceiling. The roof was fixed last week. I have asked multiple times about adding ANY form of security to this complex, as it is not uncommon that cars get broken into and often STOLEN, and nothing has been done. Your residents' safety should be of the utmost importance and it does not seem like that is so.
Would appreciate it if maintenance was available on the weekend and would respond to work orders more quickly
Opened several service requests in the past couple of months that have not been addressed.
I would like to speak with a human being when I call with a problem with my rental property. Nothing is more upsetting and frustrating than speaking with a machine while you're having problems
