We have had many things that have need repair in the apartment. It will take weeks for someone to come and look at the problem and even a few more days or weeks before the problem is fixed. At one point a shelf fell in our main closet and when the workers fixed the shelf they left gapping wholes in the wall where the shelf fell. We had water leaking in our main bedroom and there are now multiple water spots on the ceiling. No one has come to check in to make sure that there could be possible mold growth.

You do not have the best interests of your residents in mind-- a dog attacked a man and his dog and you do nothing to help. Pathetic.

I moved into Centro a little over a year ago. So far my experience has been extraordinarily horrible. When I call the office, no one picked up until my 26th time calling. Roaches have been infesting my apartment no matter how many times I have called and received "pest treatments" The leasing staff is rude and disrespectful. The previous leasing manager made me feel like I was a person from a third world country when asking if there was a hose to wash my dog outdoors. As a resident, the concern for my safety in my apartment is close to nothing. Roof has been leaking and when I expressed that to the office, he said to put a bucket until the company comes. It's been over 3 weeks now. Still waiting...

The equipment in the gym rarely works and in almost a year of living here the spin bike hasn’t worked once, the TVs on the treadmills don’t work, the treadmills themselves rarely work, the machines are constantly getting stuck while lifting or just don’t work at all. The trash is no longer “valet” as I have had to take my trash to a dumpster multiple times since this ownership switch. Trash used to be picked up 6 days a week, but that’s not the case anymore. I have lived in this community for over six years under three different management companies and this is the first time I have ever considered moving. The new management company has been unresponsive when issues have been reported. My apartment flooded which I understand is beyond your control but removal of water and drying and cleaning of the carpet is particularly when it is an issue caused by poor building maintenance. The walls are very thin. Every neighbor has a dog who barks or poops in the middle of the walk way, my trash which I pay monthly for is sometimes not picked up. the parking towards the back is horrendous, I sometimes have to walk 5 buildings and I am a woman at night its awful. In the beginning of my lease the tub had to be removed and replaced that took three days with random people in my house I had to stay home.
