By far the absolute worst run faculty i have ever been to!!! 9/10 doctors are rude and unprofessional. Especially dr ghafoury.. Beyond clueless on how he even got a degree. Wasted my time talking about what meds would help me and ones he would prescribe and when i went to the pharmacy i got NOTHING but a can of ibuprofen.. What the hell? Do not waste your time in this office. You're better off going somewhere else. Dr. Pyka is unfriendly and unprofessional. Pyka will order any lab work to get any kind of money from your insurance. I went to him when I first found out i was pregnant and he tested me for every single thing including chickenpox! For all the tests he ran he never went over any results with me. My new doctor told me half the test were unnecessary. I felt more comfortable communicating with the nurses about prenatal care because Pyka was not thoro... read more
They always overbook their appointments so expect to wait at least an hour even if you have an appointment. The staff is incompetent and not very helpful. I am switching to a new provider. This place sucks balls.
I was under care at Centro from January 2009 until December 2010. The place is a mess. Its impossible to get through the phone system to talk to a real person and they just flat out dont call you back. I have waited on hold chewing up valuable phone minutes only to get so frustrated when a lacksadasical person finally answers and says they cant help to call back and ask for an extension number that doesn't get answered by a person but a message machine. Its a nightmare.
I can honestly say nothing good about this office. Nothing like hearing nurses cussing up a storm while you are sitting in the waiting room with your kids. I was going there for prenatal, and though I liked Dr. Murphy, Dr. Pyka was a jerk! Pyka could care less about your baby or your health, very pro (unnecisary!)csection!! I have been seeing Dr. David Kaufer here for over 3 years. He was an amazing help especially since I am only able to use CMS/LIHP for my medical coverage. Referrals have always been a major problem and it usually was because of some lack of movement by the referrals dept. Now my referrals are not even being given to the referral dept. until I go to at least 3 appointments and appointments are now about a month to 2 apart. Sometimes longer.
