I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars. Dr. "I suck at life and waste peoples time" Muhammed and Borrego Health have the worst customer service I have dealt with. Today was the second week in a row where not only did Dr. Muhammed not show, but upon arriving to Borrego Health I was welcomed with ohhhh no one called you, it shows they called you. Terrible place, Need to learn HiPPA. Very rude urgent care. The lady at front desk told me they won't see me cause I was in er recently.

First experience: Went to urgent care several days ago, the front desk guy spoke in condescending tone, and he had this cold long stare. Borrego Health needs to train the staffs in customer services and diversity training, and what I meant by diversity means that it includes everyone not just some ethnic group who only speak amongst themselves while patients are waiting and looking for assistance. If there is 0 stars I would definitely give it to this place .. rude front desk and not professional stuff .. definitely the worst clinic in El Cajon!!

WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS ! If i could give zero stars I would . My daughter had an appointment at 1pm they told us to arrive early! We got to the location & no one was there . How you gonna say come early & no one isn't there ! I know you'll be at lunch but could have said come closer to 1pm . They weren't able to take our insurance when they showed up on the list saying they took our insurance. A waste of my time driving & waiting when my child wasn't able to get seen. Sitting in lobby of urgent care, the receptionist yells out my personal information and the reason for my visit. Not very professional nor does it foster repeat customers. Don't wast your time or money here.

Wow i am shocked i was just at this health care provider and the lady was shouting out loud a ladies information across the room. It was very unprofessional! I came here to drop off my girlfriend and the staff here was very unprofessional! They were shouting information out loud like nothing. They have a HIPPA out there for a reason. I can see why i will not be bringing my girlfriend back here! Horrible!!!! Please contact me because as soon as i heard this i started to RECORD it and i will testify if needed!

I must say, working in the healthcare field for many years, I have never been so disappointed! I've waited on a referral for OVER 2 months just to recently find out its never been done after calling multiple times. And now it's been over 2 weeks for them to get a prior auth on a medication! WTH! I was promised yesterday I would DEFINITELY hear back today and NOTHING... AFTER I've called 3 times and left 2 messages!
