Worst place ever I have diabetes I get my lab work myself from medical records department. Takes a month to get in knowing I am newly diagnosed with diabetes. I'm here they won't listen to what I'm saying. I've scheduled 3 physical exams they never give them to me, they won't address the issue behind my health problems. Front disc it's so poor and not respond on the phone calls always, it's have to be changed the hole team, doctors it's very good but them team specialty front disk it's so bad.

WORST PLACE EVER, especially if you're white. You call saying they can see you for a refill & don't help you even if you are post surgery & can't see you GP. You're better laying in your death bed

the worst place to go and check your health, worst service no one answers the phone when i call, no Doctors to check you but some nurse practitioners who describe some medications that i don't need ??!! plus i go there i talked to some Iraqi guy who barely speaks English his name was Faez big time (A,H) . i hope and i wish that the state or the city or who ever is in charge can take a look at this place and check what's going on in there .

Let me start by saying that if I could give this place negative stars I would. I went here for prenatal "care" during my second pregnancy. The only good thing about this place was Carla at the front desk. After that it was all downhill. I switched care providers at week 32 and at that point had still never seen an actual Doctor, although I had scheduled with him four times. I have registered my self and hole my family to this clinic, but I want to say getting a doctor appointment in this clinic is just wasting time, they don't care well, they just want to give more appointments that's it, this clinic doesn't have the best service for adults and kids, my kids had like 5 times appointments but still they are sick, I will change this clinic as soon as I found other clinic, I had a problem and they got my blood for checking, but they didn't found anything until I told them I have this problem, giv... read more

This place is horrible. My wife went here for prenatal care for a few months until we discovered they were not running the correct test. Also had two scheduled appointments with a Doctor and both times was seen only by a np "Rebecca". If you have to see her I am sorry. She has no idea what she is doing. We transferred to UCSD and all of our doctors and nurses were dumbfounded by all of our issues. When they received our medical records things that are required by law were not done. ZERO STARS!!! I went there the first time and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. Had a really badly sprained ankle. He told me my ankle wasn't broken, but four months later, I'm still limping and having pain. He told me I could NOT get a copy of my x-rays, and that he wanted to do some blood work. So I waited in this empty cold stinky room alone for 50 more minutes and then I left, because I am terrified of needles and I was fucking starving from being there all day. Only giving one star because I had to. The chick who did my blood pressure had to do it twice and left bruises on my arms from doing it too tight. She was also noticeably under the weather. The "doctor" looked like he could work at the mechanics shop down the street, didn't have a pen or badge and didn't even wash his hands before touching me. He also refused to write me a doctors note and referred me to ER. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated.
