They made me wait 40 min to tell me they could not see me because I lived out of State. Seriously bad customer service.
I don't recommend this healthcare to anyone The employee on the front Desk they are weird my son twist his ankle on the school And me and my wife we are working on the time I send my dad to pick him up from the school and to take him to the healthcare they said we can't let him in without mom our dad is this is normal

DON'T GO HERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR HEALTH! Thaghar Oda is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room for her. I went in for a refill on a prescription and to have her look at a cyst on my back. She then told me, "I don't have time for all of your problems." When, she had been in the room for 2 minutes? I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone. The doctor refused to even see me since I had a dog bite. I called animal services and this doctor was completely misinformed. They said to try a different urgent care and there was no problem. This doctor refused service and was terribly mistaken. I've heard borrego was not good but this doctor that refused me on 5/26/17. Saturday was an idiot. I will be telling everyone and medi-cal.

You always wait at least 45 minutes to be called in by the nurse . Once you're called you then wait another 30 to 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor . I'm not kidding I dread coming in here and get anxiety each time I need to see a doctor . Also they have a really lame policy of not giving refills on prescriptions . You have to be seen each time you need a prescription . I really don't like this doctor's office . Please don't put yourself through the hell of getting treated here .
No complaints with the Doctor's however, THE MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! It takes a miracle to get them to answer the phone and before you leave you should take the time to look at the Care Plan they send you home with. On more than one occasion I have found incorrect information like medications and labs. Today I sent my daughter in to get a simple vaccine and she came home an hour and a half later in tears...without the shot.
