ZERO STARS!!! I went there the first time and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. Had a really badly sprained ankle. He told me my ankle wasn't broken, but four months later, I'm still limping and having pain. He told me I could NOT get a copy of my x-rays, and that he wanted to do some blood work. So I waited in this empty cold stinky room alone for 50 more minutes and then I left, because I am terrified of needles and I was fucking starving from being there all day. Only giving one star because I had to. The chick who did my blood pressure had to do it twice and left bruises on my arms from doing it too tight. She was also noticeably under the weather. The "doctor" looked like he could work at the mechanics shop down the street, didn't have a pen or badge and didn't even wash his hands before touching me. He also refused to write me a doctors note and referred me to ER. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated.

worst clinic ever, all Iraqis front desk are neither proficient in language nor in manner. many of them just like practicing or learning without any knowledge of customer service or patient care. reminds me of these Baghdad cheap public clinic. a lot of talking, laughing and horsing around. better not to go there

I would give this place less than one star if possible!!!!!! They have the biggest idiots working here. It Is A Waste of time and your health! !! I Believe I Would have been better off with no prenatal doctor at all than wasting my time and energy here! !!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! !!!!!!!!! the lab situation is total bs and you will wait every time at least an hour to get called back but yet they don't take appointments! !! This medical clinic is better then some. But it does a poor job in giving prescriptions in a timely manner. And this is a real hassle for chronically ill patients and their care givers. Sincerely Matthew Melley

Every time I visit this clinic I take an appointment and then go, I go before 15 minutes as their instructions beside that I have to wait at least 20 minutes away from my appointment.after all that time the physician meet me not more than 5 minutes and they become upset rapidily if I try to discuss my health problem with them, and even they leave the room without ending the conversation with me, actually Iam looking for other clinic to switch to.

Okay...Where do I start. I visited Centro Medico Urgent Care on 12/4/2014. This wasn't the one located on Magnolia. This was new and located on Main street. This was my first time at Centro Medico urgent care clinic. The clinic is really nice. One of the nicest clinics Ive seen in a long time. However, they were SOOOO unprofessional. One of the worse clinic in the plant. They are rude and unprofessional plus always make u wait at least 30 min even when you have an appointment . Please, don't go there.

very bad dirty clinic with bad waiting for like more than 5 hours it suppose to be an urgent care , bad costumer service
