If I could give zero stars I would. Went for what I thought was a follow up appointment for an injury and ended up finding out it was a physical instead. Keep in mind no one has told me it's for a physical. I found out as I was told to lay down on the bed. I asked if I was going to get any updates on my injury because that's what I assumed I was back here for. My first experience with Borrego Health at first was fine but as time went on, less than a year, it got worse. Nurse Practitioner F. Wasimi gave me meds that clashed with it other. From Nov 2017 I was taking this meds. In October 2018 I had a seizure. I was in the hospital and rehabilitation center for a month. She wouldn't address all my questions, but would ask me why I was always early for my visits. I had problems with my feet because of the diabetes. Not the best at time waited hour and people going in front of me when I came before them. Not the best when timing people appointments health caring

A girl called me today Monday April 22 at 2:29 pm telling me i have to change my doughter appointment because its been scheduled mistakly with Dr Figuera, she was so comfused, so rude, she tolled me she will put me in 8:30am or 3:pm in a same day with defferent doctor, i tried to tell her i can't do those times but she didnt listen, she told me i put you in 8:30 am without my permition Samir Yousif Nancy yousif

This place is getting worse every time I come in with my grandmother! The only reason we still go to this clinic is because Dr Kaufer is one amazing internist. The time he gives us is valuable and appreciated. To clarify the one star is for the clinic overall! Everyone is rude there, starting with the front desk. Very bad service,if l could give zero star l would,it is a worst place keep yourself and your family away from this Centro,waiting along time in the room and the doctor doesn't give you a time to explain what you suffering from she is in rush l don't recommend any one to west his time and go there it's really unprofessional area to visit .
This clinic is unprofessional,Front desk doesn't smile ,staff members do not introduce themselves , the Drs don't introduce themselves and just touch you without letting you know what there gunna do ....!!!lab staff just stabs you they don't even give you a heads up , they dnt have computers and you have no privacy because someone has to type for them... last time they didn't document my ppd test and I waited 2 hrs just for the dr to come in and see me for 5 min ... today the "Dr" comes in and explained what he was gunna se... read more
