This place is a joke!!! It says commercial vehicles well after getting a quote then we return with the truck and they say they cant do the work well how are you quoting work for insurance companies you can't do. You are a joke!!!!!!

I brought my car twice for repairs thinking I would get Nissan Quality service. Truth is, the body shop is not part of Nissan so they carry-on at their own level of quality. It doesn't matter if you have purchased 3 Nissans from the dealership, they can care less. It took 5 days to get my car repaired when I was told 2. Then when I picked it up, it was dirty & only waxed at the repaired spot. Granted, the insurance doesn't pay for wash n wax. But come on, we're talking about customer service. I really hope you read your posts. I cannot believe that you would turn away customers. I have used your collision company previously and I was very happy with your service. I was in a car accident yesterday, and I had planned to take my car to your company again until Daniel answered your phone and turned me away. Very nice customer service. Whats to say the worst experience ever...A body shop that pays no attention to detail is worthless. I had bondo on a quarter panel when I took it back they replaced the qtr panel with a used one then didn't bother matching the lines in any detail at all they are thin then soft and filled instead of consistent and and even.
