When you trust someone with an investment you want them to take care of it and look out for you and your car. Unfortunately Cerritos nissan looking to force me to spend more money with them lost my buisness. I trusted no one but them with my car and now my car supposedly need 12,000 worth of work and is not drivable. I feel cheated and I will not be returning to Cerritos nissan.

I had a 1:30 appointment, arrived at 1:20. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend to me. The person I had an appointment with was off that day so another service advisor was assigned (Marco Soto). Once my car was checked in I was told that it would take 3 hours for service. I waited in the lobby for my car and not once was notified of where my car was in the process as I used to receive before (text messages). It took them 5 hours for an oil change No good and they charge me without even they do the oil change

HORRIBLE!!! They said they did some repairs and that was not true. They said they had changed the battery pads.There was no service to that battery it was all dirty. Also the throttle body service. It looked like nothing was done. I give it less then POOR!!! I will not deal with this place anymore!

I been taking my car 4x already and they just fix the problem for some days and the problem always comes back. I dont know what else to do

Terrible, whereas before excellent. Brought LEAF in twice due to Bluetooth issues. Still not fixed. Now a safety issue. Staff does not fully test out what they claim works. Very dissatisfied.

They sold me a bad transmission and don't want to fix it The transmission won't shift out of 2nd gear but they say it's normal, I had it checked at 3 other transmission shops and they all say yeah it's a bad transmission, I'll never go back not even for a flat repair
I bought a vecical from nissan Cerritos it had the check engine light on one week after took it back 4 times they never fixed the issue i will never ever step in there and i was hospitalized with a panick attack because i was sold a lemon...went to the automotive better buisness place got to go sue theme...after you sign they dont care..
