Yaya was very easy to work with. The staff is friendly I was going to give 5 stars with the entire experience... But I asked them to only run my credit through 1 lender knowing I have excellent credit and would be approved no doubt. They agreed but unfortunately lied and ran my credit with 4 different lenders causing me to receive 4 hard inquiries. The worst thing a dealer can do is be untruthful or misleading and they did both.
I went to have the Kahu LoJack installed, took 2 hours then the key was given to me. When I got home realized it was not installed at all. Not happy with Nissan at all. I have to redo the whole thing again. After this redo I will NEVER go back there

I went to dealer because battery wasn't working and when I left the dealer I notice passenger window wasn't working days later i got the engine light on ... I had to lose a day at work to be able to take the car back at the dealership and rixi one of the workers there told me the mechanic forgot to clear all the errors from car the car still it working 100% when I hit the pedal to move the car it sounds is forced to move I'll be taking the car again to check what is going on
The service was okay disappointed that the service took over 5 hours.
I asked to see the cheapest car and the dealer did not show me the cheapest car. I found out by googling. Also I ended up buying a used car and they said that they would fix the scratches on it and Ive called three times and they keep giving me the runaround.
I took my car because battery wasn't working when the car is brand new .... Battery got replaced than couple days i got the engine light showing on my car.... i had to schedule another appointment and missed work because the mechanic of the dealer forgot to delete the codes that appeared on the car when he replaced the battery .... I lost 1 day of work because they forgot to deleted the codes

Waited 3 months to get the part for the ABS recall, which I understand that's how it is these days. Took my car in, when I got it back the brake went all the way to the floor before the car would stop. Took it back, the advisor told me that's just how it is now, but they would look at it. When he called to say it was done, he said it "was a little better." It really was a huge difference. It felt normal again, did not go all the way to the floor.
