It was not good because i did the oil change and it kept saying that i needed the oil change they did not reset it.
This is the Worse Nissan Dealership I've ever been to. I went in for a Recall my check Engine light was on I told them to check it, I explained to him ive had the Car under a year i have Wrap Insurance and its covered he tried to charge me over 300.00 for them to fix it and also said my Information isnt coming up in the System.... Took it to where I bought it. They fixed the Car and it was covered and they lent me a Rental while they fixed the Car, Cerritos dealership tried the dup me for 300.00. I wish I could give a zero rating. After my transmission was replaced my car began to idle high, had loud vibration, made a loud girdling noise inside the cab and skipped gears during deceleration. The next day, I took it back the Service Manager told me it was normal and sent me home. I felt totally discharged even though the service advisor drove my car and noticed the problem as well. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!
Sucks I just bought that car from them Its supposed to be certified but they didnt honor that and I had to fix it somewhere else from my pocket I would never do business with them even though its my third car from them

They charge me 731 and my car still cant start ands not fix
had to pay for two day rental and they didn't get the part from the warranty company to fix the car, but still charged for the rental.
After taking two weeks to get a replacement power steering unit, due to making a annoying whining sound, the replacement is worse than the other unit. After complaining to the service manager he states that all Nissan power steering units make that sound. That is BS if that is true why did they replace the first two units? Stay away they don't live up to their word or to the reliability of Nissan cars. Now I see why I get lemon law letters from lawyers all the time.
They didnt take care of a Issue I found after I sing papers so am not happy
