I saw the cars advertisement and went in to check it out. Sales guy said he would knock off some on the sticker. He didnt! Got to the finance department to find out the car had been damaged. Told cosmetic! I was so excited to buy the car that I made the purchase. After having the car for a month it has no pick when driving. It feels like it wants to brake for me. Some of the features are not working correctly. I will not purchase from Cerritos again.

My oil change notification wasn't reset it still said I needed a oil change after u drove off. I noticed all my things in my center armrest console had been moved around idk what they were looking for in there.I called to see what I needed to do and the woman who helped or attempted to help gave me attitude an recommended just reset the oil service. Wasn't the best experience.

Not happy at all , the car wast the one I originally asked about , Kevin ,,car didnt pass inspection he brought out another car 2,000 more, I was hesitant but took it , called the next day to asked , if I can exchange it for a bigger car, to small for car seat and kids, i said on line there are 3 cars lists and in stock , 2 same price other cheaper, I told him it didnt matter if I had to pay more pay for the exchange ,all he did was read the text

Concerned that the fluid in my battery has never been checked. I recently was stranded because of this, it was a great embrassment. I feel the service department should have known this was not a maintenance free battery and should have serviced the battery accordingly. Front brakes were not measured for wear.

It was not good because i did the oil change and it kept saying that i needed the oil change they did not reset it.

This is the Worse Nissan Dealership I've ever been to. I went in for a Recall my check Engine light was on I told them to check it, I explained to him ive had the Car under a year i have Wrap Insurance and its covered he tried to charge me over 300.00 for them to fix it and also said my Information isnt coming up in the System.... Took it to where I bought it. They fixed the Car and it was covered and they lent me a Rental while they fixed the Car, Cerritos dealership tried the dup me for 300.00. I wish I could give a zero rating. After my transmission was replaced my car began to idle high, had loud vibration, made a loud girdling noise inside the cab and skipped gears during deceleration. The next day, I took it back the Service Manager told me it was normal and sent me home. I felt totally discharged even though the service advisor drove my car and noticed the problem as well. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!

Sucks I just bought that car from them Its supposed to be certified but they didnt honor that and I had to fix it somewhere else from my pocket I would never do business with them even though its my third car from them
