Backup camera quit working. I went in three times, first time to have the diagnostics run and a switch to be ordered, second to have it installed (they couldnt because too busy), third time to put in switch. STILL DOES NOT WORK! Quote was $210 for diagnostics plus, plus. Good news is that extended warranty paid. Bad news is that I still have to find someone to fix the problem or ignore it. A local fast service does a good job with oil changes,etc. Extended warranty bill is due and Ill ignore.

We did a diagnosis for the concern and ordered the part. As you know, supply chain issues on automotive parts have been delayed and since this is a special order part it was no exception. When you stopped by our dealership to check on your part we shared that it had just arrived and we would need to schedule an appointment to complete the repair as we were fully booked that day. Well they charge me 1.100 dlls for a service they not provide they supposed to rotate the tires and now the car have electrical problems no happy at all what scam

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the most incompetent employees named.. The guy was a walking moron in regards to schedule appointments, providing service information.

It was horrible! They left a burnt/burn mark on my seat and they dont want to fix it. Its like a circle on the drivers seat. I have been calling, sending emails, and spoke with managers but they dont want to fix it. I went in for a battery change and for a fusil and I ended up getting a burn in my seat!

I ask for oil change and tire rotation and they didn't rotate my tires. I have a problem with one of my tires and after my service it showed that the same tire in the same position still had that problem. If they had rotated the tires the problem tire would have switched sides when it didn't indicating that they did no rotate my tires despite charging me for tire rotation. I even wonder if they changed my oil.

Check in my Nissan to have it checked out but they wanted to charge me 250+ fee even though it was under extended warranty they would still charge me so I called the warranty people and they told me to withdraw it from Nissan because it shouldnt be charge or I shouldnt be charge..
