A long story that probably amounts to nothing more than a misunderstanding. I sent up an appointment for a time when my wife was home. According to my wife, he told her he didn't want to wander in the yard without ringing the bell. Ok, but after that I would have pulled out my ladder and examined the problem. i called them on a Friday in the morning and was given an appt for the following Monday. No one came or phoned even after Steve took my credit card number to charge me if I canceled. When I called for an explanation, they had lost the notes and Steve denied any memory of our conversation. The best he could do then was an appointment 4 days later (7 days after the first call).
I purchased a new stove and before I can get it installed I needed a new outlet installed because my current unit is hard wired. I contacted the company by email and received a response acknowledging my inquiry and noting that a representative would get back to me within one business day. The company failed to follow up to contact me about my needs. I contacted this company because of the rating given by other customers.
He was responsive, but not in a way that was appreciated.
I had used them a few years ago as they were very professional and prompt. For this particular service, I was not as pleased. First of all, upon contacting them, they required a credit card number. This was to assure they were financially covered if I were to cancel the service. I found this very odd, but went ahead and gave it to them as I wanted the ceiling fan installed. WELL THE WIRE SYSTEM IN THE HOME WAS OLD AND THEY CAME OUT AND MADE MATTERS WORSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL. I CAN NOT REMEMBER PRICE. BUT BAD BAD BAD.
