Tech came out and tells my wife that the fixture holding the flood lights is also broke and he had to come back when we had that part also.They charged $125.00 and he could have replace just the sensor. The only problem was one of the two flood lights would be hanging down a bit which is almost where it needs to be anyway. I also looked at the fixture just a few days prior and it wasn't broken then so I'm a bit suspicious that it was caused by the tech either moving it or bumping it with the ladder. When I initially called, the representative was responsive. I described what we needed done. He asked questions to determine what materials would be needed and gave me an estimate. Because he wanted to make sure the technicians had the right materials, we emailed him detailed descriptions of everything with several photos. He responded that the information was helpful and they would be prepared. The first electrician showed up very promptly. I strongly recommend AGAINST having CET bid on your electrical project. The manager, Gary, is rude, arrogant, and unresponsive. Dustin, of CET, gave me a phone quote of $2300 for an electrical service upgrade, and an additional $1400 to install a manual generator interlock switch and inlet. When I asked for details on the manual interlock setup and it's cost, he offered to have his manager call me. After reading all of their excellent reviews on Angie's List, I decided to purchase one of their two hourpackage deals. Overall, our experience with CET was disappointing due to very poor and disrespectful customer service provided by Gary, the manager at the central office. Our experience with the technician who worked on our house, Ric, was fine. We would not recommend CET. Wanted to get some work done. Called the Fairfax office. Very unpleasant invidual working the Fairfax office. Sarcastic, snarky, and just not very nice. Would never consider using this company again based on that individual's bad attitude. He was on speaker phone, and the other person in the room with me was looking at me in amazement at the tone of this guy. Will not use this company again.
