Chad was excellent in all parts of transaction. He responded to all e-mails and phone calls within 30 minutes, and in most cases within minutes, literally. Chad also has a "team" that follows all phases of the sale. Chad was honest about pricing at right amount, neither to high or to low. In our case, we had out of the ordinary issues, which Chad personally involved himself, above and beyond his role as a realtor.
