Chad is very responsive, which we love! He always calls or texts back right away, that is very important to us. We were also impressed by the entire staff at Exit Realty, they were always helpful and great to work with!
We listed our home with Chad, When they put sign in the yard in a day there was a showing. On Friday they did a showing. Sold at full asking price. I had my own Pictures on Zillow, took them off when I seen Pictures that Chad had posted so much better. First time I sold a house and it was a pleasant experience with all of Chad,s team.
